Tears form in my eyes
Feelings of loneliness, emptiness,
And void stand out
Tears come from deep down
Can't pinpoint one main cause,
I can hear my sobs echo
From time to time,
Feeling emotionally trapped
Tangled and involved in something
Bigger than myself
Makes my life hard to unwine,
I cannot hear my own thoughts,
Emotions over power and always
Seem to get the best of me,
Where the line lays between
My thoughts and reality
I cannot see,
Parts of me feel numb and dead
I cannot hear my own voice;
All is drowned out by the screams
That fill my head.
